Shipping and Delivery Information

I have worked hard to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our non-local customers, and wherever possible orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Large Letter postage. Some of our wax melt snap bars feature additional decals which make them too wide to fit into our Large Letter postage boxes, these items will need to be posted as a Royal Mail Small Parcel and therefore the shipping costs for these items are slightly higher to accommodate this. 

Free local delivery to Reay, Thurso and Melvich is available using code FREELOCAL at checkout - Information on local delivery days will be posted on our Facebook page and in our Facebook Group - www.facebook.com/fancyfoxwaxmelts 

All orders can be collected from Fancy Fox HQ in Reay.
